Pet Waste Station with Single Pull Bags
$424.99+tax includes installation
Pet Waste Station with Roll Bags
Place station along a path with heavy foot traffic so your tenants can easy discard dog waste and other debris while on walks. Single pull bags are 40% larger than roll bags and can reduce the amount of bag usage as much as 70% as only one can be grabbed upon each pulling motion. Dispenser holds an average of 200 bags at a time. Bin can hold about 11 gallons of waste.
Installation: The station is placed in at least 14" deep in the ground, secured and leveled in concrete. The final structure stands about 6ft tall above ground.

Includes 5 year manufacturer's warranty.
Once installed, we can maintain your station on a weekly basis by refilling the dispenser, emptying the bin, and keeping a clean appearance.

This includes pet waste bag refills, free liner bags, and waste removal from the property.
Pet Waste Removal Service Pricing:
$45 per 15 minutes.
Our service includes scooping dog waste and debris along pathways, open grass areas, and other commonly used areas. All waste collected will be bagged and taken off-site. Choose from twice per week, once per week, every other week, or monthly services.
Repair/Installation Fees:
$45 for repairs
This covers the repair of baskets, bag dispensers, or poles. Please note that the cost of parts/materials needed is not included in this price.
