Booking Information
•    Appointment time windows:
All appointments are scheduled within a three-hour time window. Our groomers may arrive earlier or later than the estimated time due to traffic, appointment length, or other scheduling delays.
•    Nail trimming and gland services:
We do not offer appointments for nail trimming or gland expression only. These services must be added to a Bath & Tidy or Full Grooming appointment. Nail trimming may be performed as a stand-alone service only when we are already at your location for another scheduled dog.
•    Booking multiple dogs:
To schedule additional dogs, click “+ Add Another Service,” located below the service drop-down menu. Please select this option for each additional dog you would like to book.
•    Selecting a groomer:
If you would like to request a specific groomer, use the “Employee” drop-down menu to make your selection.
•    Finding availability:
If you do not see an opening on your preferred date, select “First Availability” to view the next available appointment for your dog or dogs.
•    One groomer per appointment:
When booking multiple dogs, you must select one groomer for the entire appointment. As a mobile grooming business, we cannot send two grooming vans to the same location.
